All the functional spaces in this home are upgraded to a modern interior design in light colours that tend to open the space more for a feeling of overwhelming luxury and freedom. The house`s roof in extended on both sides of the building to give sun protection during the summer months. An energy efficient equipment on the roof collects the sun and uses green energy to support the structure`s needs. Surrounded by nature this home was built to use natural sources of energy as much as possible and let the owner enjoy a part of Linz few people will see.

Una casita en Viena
Architect practice Najjar & Najjar from Vienna created an ultra-contemporary villa in Austrian city Linz – “Villa A”. Overlooking the city, this home provides intimacy – natural stonework has been used to create a series of modern fence-like structures. The breathtaking view completes an itinerary of luxurious rooms meant to overcome time through clean lines and an impressively modern building style. The house is partly carved into the hill and opens from a hall into the kitchen and dining area. A great living room complete with glass walls offers an amazing view of Linz from a chaise lounge overlooking the pool.
